Vonnets in an Airport Lounge

wifey rode bikes with kids to and from school.
Voids in volunteering her so perturbs,
“Don’t just stand there. Do Work!” her guiding rule.
At soccer or baseball, kids need a bite,
plus classroom, Cub Scouts, and Girl Scout troop mom,
feeding the Marching Band on Friday night,
or Sunday Mass as singer of the Psalm.
Business results delivered with mom’s touch,
well-connected in the community.

Said embossed T-shirt given by her dear
friends, “Stop me ‘fore I again volunteer!”
